These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Parker’s Room Training Lab website (parkersroomtraininglab.com) and any training programs, courses, or services offered by Parker’s Room Training Lab, LLC (“Parker’s Room,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing the Site or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

Our programs are designed for licensed nurses, nursing students, and healthcare professionals. By enrolling in a course or training session, you represent that you have met any applicable prerequisites disclosed during registration.

Enrollment & Booking

Class registration and preceptorship bookings are subject to availability. Parker’s Room reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or facility circumstances. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Parker’s Room, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternate session.

Cancellation & Refunds

Participants who need to cancel a registration must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time to be eligible for a refund or transfer. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us at info@parkersroomtraininglab.com to initiate a cancellation.

Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, simulation protocols, curriculum, videos, handouts, and proprietary training methodologies are the intellectual property of Parker’s Room Training Lab, LLC. Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access materials for their own educational use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any course materials is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Parker’s Room reserves the right to remove any participant from a course for disruptive, unsafe, or unprofessional behavior without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Parker’s Room Training Lab provides educational training content and does not guarantee employment, licensure, or certification outcomes. Our programs are designed to prepare nurses for pediatric home health settings, but individual results will vary based on factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Parker’s Room Training Lab, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or participation in our programs.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or enrollment in our programs after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
