We created Parker’s Room to provide specialized medical training to pediatric home health nurses, training that sets the standard in care. But truly raising that standard meant going further. So we do something no one else does: we train parents too.
Every family training is built around your child’s specific plan of care and taught at your level, no medical background required. Whether you’re preparing to bring your child home from the hospital or managing complex needs day to day, you’ll leave with real skills, real confidence, and everything you need to care for your child safely at home.
Welcome to our lab
Most of our training takes place inside our purpose-built simulation lab — designed to reflect the real-world complexity of pediatric home care, not the hospital setting. We use Gaumard’s high-fidelity Pediatric HAL manikins and real medical equipment. Every session is led by experienced pediatric clinicians who understand both the clinical demands of the job and the emotional and practical logistics too.
Our goal is simple: to make sure you have the advanced skills, judgment, and confidence you need to deliver great care where it matters most: at home.
